Buna g\u00f6r\u0259 d\u0259, h\u0259min tarixd\u0259n etibar\u0259n \u0130taliyan\u0131n hava limanlar\u0131n\u0131n beyn\u0259lxalq \u0259razil\u0259rind\u0259n tranzit ke\u00e7m\u0259k \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn tam m\u0259lumat \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn istinad edil\u0259n Viza M\u0259c\u0259ll\u0259sinin 3-c\u00fc madd\u0259sinin 5-ci b\u0259ndind\u0259 g\u00f6st\u0259ril\u0259n kateqoriyalara aid olan \u015f\u0259xsl\u0259r istisna olmaqla, b\u00fct\u00fcn Tacikistan v\u0259 \u00d6zb\u0259kistan v\u0259t\u0259nda\u015flar\u0131 ATV-y\u0259 malik olmal\u0131d\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">***<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AVVISO ALL\u2019UTENZA \u2013 OBBLIGO DI VISTO DI TRANSITO AEROPORTUALE PER I CITTADINI TAGIKI E UZBEKI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si informano i cittadini tagiki e uzbeki che a partire dal 1 febbraio 2025 sar\u00e0 introdotto l\u2019<strong>obbligo del visto di transito aeroportuale (VTA)<\/strong>, ai sensi dell\u2019articolo 3 comma 2 del Codice comunitario dei visti. Il visto per transito aeroportuale consente, ai sensi del Reg. AK 810\/2009 e s.m.i. allo straniero soggetto a tale obbligo di accedere alla zona internazionale di transito di un aeroporto, durante scali o tratte di un volo internazionale, senza entrare nel territorio dello Stato che ha rilasciato il visto. Pertanto, a partire da tale data, tutti i cittadini tagiki e uzbeki dovranno essere in possesso di VTA per transitare nelle zone internazionali degli aeroporti italiani, ad eccezione di coloro che rientrino nelle categorie contemplate nell\u2019articolo 3 comma 5 del Codice dei Visti, a cui si rimanda per completezza d\u2019informazione.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">***<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NOTICE TO USERS \u2013 AIRPORT TRANSIT VISA REQUIREMENT FOR TAJIKI AND UZBEK CITIZENS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tajik and Uzbek citizens are hereby informed that starting from 1 February 2025, the requirement of an airport transit visa (ATV) will be introduced, in accordance with Article 3 paragraph 2 of the Community Visa Code. The airport transit visa allows, pursuant to EC Regulation 810\/2009 and subsequent amendments, the foreigner subject to this obligation to access the international transit area of \u200b\u200ban airport, during stopovers or legs of an international flight, without entering the territory of the State that issued the visa.
