Ai fini dell\u2019esame dell\u2019idoneit\u00e0 all\u2019inclusione nella predetta lista, a richiesta dovr\u00e0 essere corredata dai seguenti documenti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fotocopia del documento di identit\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>certificazione comprovante l\u2019abilitazione legale all\u2019esercizio della professione e l\u2019iscrizione all\u2019Albo azerbaigiano degli Avvocati<\/li>\n<li>curriculum vitae<\/li>\n<li>lettera di presentazione<\/li>\n<li>certificazione di non aver subito condanne penali e di non avere procedimenti penali in corso a proprio carico<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0autodichiarazione di impegno a seguire direttamente i casi relativi ai connazionali<\/li>\n<li>certificazione di conoscenza della lingua italiana e\/o della lingua inglese*****<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Italian Embassy in Baku provides Italian citizens with a list of Italian and\/or English-speaking professionals working in this consular district to contact in case of necessity, notwithstanding the possibility to contact other trusted professionals.<\/p>\n<p>It is hereby specified that the lists are to be considered open and non-exhaustive. They are established exclusively on the basis of inclusion requests submitted by the professionals themselves, provided that they meet the minimum requirements set by this Mission.<\/p>\n<p>The Embassy is not responsible neither for the quality of the service, nor for the fees applied by professionals included in the lists, nor it is engaged in any professional relation with them. The choice of the professional to contact is at the sole discretion of the national concerned.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyers wishing to be included in the list are kindly requested to send their manifestation of interest to the e-mail address of this Embassy (<a href=\"mailto:baku.consolare@esteri.it\">consolare@esteri.it<\/a>), indicating in the subject line: \u201crequest of inclusion in the list of lawyers\u201d.
