La registrazione \u00e8 obbligatoria sia per i cittadini stranieri sottoposti all\u2019obbligo di visto di corto soggiorno, sia quelli che ne sono esenti. Per \u201csoggiorni di breve durata\u201d si intende un periodo di massimo 90 giorni su 180 giorni, calcolato come periodo unico per tutti i Paesi europei che utilizzano l\u2019EES.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per maggiori informazioni \u00e8 possibile consultare il sito web: <a href=\"https:\/\/travel-europe.europa.eu\">https:\/\/travel-europe.europa.eu<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">***<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Starting on\u00a0<strong>12 October 2025<\/strong>, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/EES_leaflet_A5_EN.pdf\">Entry\/Exit System (EES)<\/a>\u00a0established by the European Union for the electronic registration of entries and exits of third-country nationals crossing the external borders of the Schengen area for short stays will come into force.
