The Embassy informs that the pre-enrolment procedures to the Italian Universities are already opened and will be closed on July 10, 2015.
The students who want to study in Italy for the academic year 2015-2016 should present the pre-enrolment application form to the Embassy choosing only ONE UNIVERSITY, ONE DEGREE and ONE LEVEL
The following documents should be submitted to the Embassy by July 10:
1. Filled out Form A
2. Diploma of local high school (Attestat) (A. Original document should be legalized with Apostille by the Consular Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs; B. the document should be translated into Italian (not into English), and legalized with Apostille by Ministry Justice)
NOTE: This document should be presented in original only by those students who want to study at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. The students who will study at other Italian Universities can bring only a certified copy of final school document.
3. Diploma of the local university and transcript (A. Original documents should be legalized with Apostille by the Consular Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs; B. the documents should be translated into Italian (not into English), and legalized with Apostille by Ministry Justice)
NOTE: The students who are attending the last year of bachelor degree in Azerbaijan can bring a certificate confirming their 4 years university study and the transcript. Both documents should be legalized and translated as mentioned above.
4. Copy of passport and national ID card
5. 2 photo size ¾
6. Printed version of student page from www.universitaly.it where the student has to register
ALL the documents should be submitted to the Embassy with photocopies.
The Embassy will issue a “Declaration of Value” (Dichiarazione di Valore), related to your Diploma of high school or university.
The Embassy will afterwards send all data to the Italian Universities by email by July 22.
At the end of July the Universities will send an acceptance letter to the Embassy. At this point the Embassy will give back to the students their documents and the students will be able to start the study visa procedure within the Italian Visa Center Visametric in Baku (www.visametric.az)
The students should submit their documents personally to the Embassy from Monday to Thursday from 15.00 to 16.30.
