La Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo giunge alla sua seconda edizione con lo scopo di promuovere la tradizione culinaria italiana come tratto distintivo dell’identità del nostro Paese.
Quest’anno la Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo si svolgerà dal 20 al 26 novembre, con più di 1000 attività in tutto il mondo.
L’Ambasciata d’Italia a Baku – con il supporto delle Cantine G.D. Vajra, Tizzano e del Pasticciere Campione del Mondo Gino Fabbri – presenta una settimana ricca di cene ed eventi con la partecipazione straordinaria di Cantina Bentivoglio, uno dei ristoranti più apprezzati della città di Bologna, fra le capitali della tradizione gastronomica italiana.

The World Week of Italian Cuisine reaches its second edition with the aim of promoting Italian culinary traditions and food-and-wine connoisseurship as a distinctive trait of Italian identity and culture.This year the Week takes place from 20 to 26 November 2017. One of the goals of 2017 edition of the Week is the promotion of the Mediterranean Diet (part of cultural heritage of humanity according to UNESCO), one of the elements that make Italy the healthiest country in the world.
More than 1000 activities are scheduled and organized all over the world. The Italian Embassy in Baku, with special support of G.D. Vajra Wines, organizes a week of food and wine tastings in the most exclusive Italian restaurants in Baku: “Scalini” with Chef Elio Bevilacqua, “Cantinetta Antinori” with Chef Sergio Marzulli, “OroNero” with Chef Alessio Pitzalis, “Zafferano” with Chef Luca Casini, “Tosca” with Chef Giovanni Tavolaro. The special guest of the Week is Chef Troiano Pasquale from “Cantina Bentivoglio”, one of the top Italian restaurant from the city of Bologna, itself one of the capitals of Italian cuisine.
The Chefs will take part in “Nush olsun” program, live on Khazar TV, on 20 and 21 November at 12.00.
